TATTLING VS. TELLING

Tattling is when you want to get someone in trouble for no
reason.
Telling is when someone is in danger of getting hurt.

CyberBullying

Cyberbullying is when a child, preteen or teen is threatened, harassed,
humiliated, embarassed or otherwise targeted by another one of their
peers using the internet, cell phones or other digital technology.
Cyberbullying is not a one time communication, unless it involves a death
threat or other threat of harm.  Cyberbullying may rise to the level of a
misdemeanor cyberharassment charge or if the child is too young it may
result in the charge of juvenile deliquency.  Most of the time cyberbullying does not go that far but
it can also get very serious, very fast.  Online or through cell phones, kids feel they can say anything without getting into trouble, but this is not true.  These forms of harassment can be traced back to the person who sent them.
